FREE CALLER REGISTRY

By submitting Registration Data, you acknowledge that:

• The Free Caller Registry is for businesses that make calls on their own behalf. If you are registering numbers on behalf of another business, you must contact the call protection providers directly.
• You are authorized to submit the Registration Data and you certify that the data is valid.
• You are the business that uses these phone numbers - i.e. you are not a service provider, BPO, or third party registering numbers on another business's behalf
• You further acknowledge that the numbers are not being used by you to make calls that violate any consumer protection law or other applicable laws or regulations
• You certify the registration data you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will receive a message from each call protection provider acknowledging their receipt of the Registration Data and the additional processes, if any, with regard to your relationship with each such call protection provider
• The registration of phone numbers does not guarantee redress based on analysis that each call protection provider does independently. Free Caller Registry is not to be used as a replacement for caller reputation monitoring services. Please note that multiple submissions of the same telephone number provide no additional value or redress functionality.

The call protection providers may each verify and use the Registration Data to improve their call management services which may vary in scope to some degree from one call protection provider to another as explained in the Acknowledgement Message you will receive from each call protection provider upon completion of submission. Note that neither call protection providers nor their carrier partners use Registration Data to deliver Caller ID Name.
